NEXT BEST CHOICE

The weight you lose is only the beginning.

Wanting to lose weight can feel exhausting — especially when you know what you want, yet feel pulled by cravings, habits, and emotions that seem louder than your intentions.

There is a way to lose weight that doesn't rely on punishment, perfection, or willpower wars. A way that feels steady, humane, and grounded in real life.

And as the struggle with food quiets, something unexpected often happens: your energy shifts, your confidence grows, and parts of your life that felt stuck begin to move again.

My coaching is guided by a philosophy I call Next Best Choice — a grounded, compassionate approach to sustainable weight loss and healing your relationship with food.

When nourishment, emotional awareness, and the ability to reset in the moment come together, the weight you lose becomes a beginning — not an endpoint.

About Me

Sorelle Weinstein

When I tell people that my professional background is in book editing and that I now work as a weight loss and mindset coach, there's often a pause — a moment of confusion.

But the two have always been closely related.

At their core, they're both about helping people find their voice, and learn how to live inside a story that no longer weighs them down.

For most of my professional life, I worked in content and non-fiction, helping others express what they were actually trying to say — in language that was clear, distilled, and unmistakably theirs. I worked with structure, cadence, and rhythm, and with the discipline it takes to be precise without flattening what's human.

Alongside that work, my own story was unfolding.

I spent decades struggling with food — emotional eating, weight cycling, and the constant feeling that I was fighting myself. For a long time, I believed this was simply who I was.

My turning point came when I lost 150 lbs through the 2B Mindset program and later trained as a certified coach in that method. It played a meaningful role in my healing and helped me rebuild trust with food in a way that felt grounded and sustainable.

Living this approach day by day — and guiding others alongside me — showed me something essential: lasting change isn't just about food.

It's about the emotions underneath, the habits we fall into without noticing, and the stories we tell ourselves about who we are and what's possible.

My coaching isn't about changing who you are. It's about helping the real you emerge — the part that's been overshadowed by stress, patterns, and the constant battle with food.

The Next Best Choice Philosophy

My work rests on four pillars that create a steady, humane, and sustainable approach to weight loss and health.

1. Nourishment Over Restriction

Lasting change begins with understanding what your body needs to feel steady and supported.

This isn't about deprivation. It's about adding what strengthens you — hydration, vegetables, protein, fiber, movement, and routines that fit real life.

When nourishment comes first, everything becomes more workable.

2. Emotional Awareness, Built on Compassion

Food often becomes a coping tool long before we realize it. Stress, overwhelm, loneliness, and fatigue shape eating patterns far more than hunger alone.

Change begins with compassion — because nothing sustainable grows from self-criticism.

From compassion comes clarity. From clarity, curiosity. From curiosity, small creative shifts.

Over time, those shifts become consistency — not through force, but through identity.

3. The Next Best Choice

All-or-nothing thinking ("I blew it, so I'll start again tomorrow") is one of the biggest obstacles to lasting change.

Next Best Choice is the skill of resetting in the moment — without shame, spiraling, or losing momentum.

This is where sustainability is built.

4. Integration & Identity Alignment

Health isn't a side project. It's part of how you live.

When values, choices, emotions, and self-care align, the inner tug-of-war quiets. You stop fighting yourself.

And from that steadiness, change begins to ripple outward — into confidence, boundaries, relationships, and how you move through the world.

Ways to Work Together

Everything I offer is designed to meet you where you are — whether you need clarity, momentum, structure, or a steady place to land.

Private 1:1 Coaching

Deep work. Steady support. Real change.

1400 ₪ / month

  • Weekly session (Zoom or in person)
  • Ongoing guidance between sessions
  • Personalized nutrition, habits, and emotional tools
  • Three-month minimum commitment

For those ready to understand their patterns, shift their relationship with food, and build change that lasts beyond motivation.

Matana

A focused 3-week reset

1100 ₪ for three weeks

  • One session per week
  • Tailored plan
  • Between-session support

A compassionate jumpstart when you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or ready to reconnect with yourself — without committing long-term.

Spotlight

One issue. One focused conversation.

400 ₪ | 60 minutes | One-on-one

Spotlight is a single session for people who want to think clearly about a specific issue — meal-planning, emotional eating, parenting, exhaustion, or decision-making — without committing to ongoing coaching.

Some people use it as a standalone conversation. Others use it as a doorway into deeper work. Both are valid.

Parent Guidance

Supporting parents whose children struggle with food, weight, or body image

One-time consultation: 400 ₪ | 60 minutes

Ongoing Coaching: 1400 ₪ / month

For parents deeply concerned about saying the wrong thing.

This work focuses on:

  • Using language around food and bodies that supports trust rather than shame
  • Modeling healthy behavior without policing, pressure, or control
  • Understanding what genuinely helps — and what can unintentionally cause harm
  • Learning how to respond thoughtfully instead of reacting from fear or urgency

A parent's own history with food is often part of the picture, but the focus remains on helping parents feel steadier, clearer, and more confident in how they show up for their children.
